that's the first time i heard that phrase. anyways, since pigs dont have wings, it would mean to say that it was nothing. or it does not exist. or, if given as an excuse, it meant that the person is guilty of whatever he was accused of. err..i think you should not consider my last answer. it sounds idiotic.*laughs*
