I have completed B.Com and i am good enough in Basic Computers (word, Excel, Powerpoint, Tally, internet). i am having total of 4.5 yrs of exp. and my current CTC is 12K and my job profile includes office admin & comp. operation. For my betterment and to get better placement in big companies, what should i study next. Some asked me to do P.G. Dip in Pub. Relation and others opted for Dip. in Labour Law...... can anyone help me to overcome this confusion and give me a clear idea on my studies.. i cant go for a regular course since i am employed.. any postal course will be useful for me.. I need Diploma Courses only not a graduational course. After knowing basic computers and Tally, what can i do further in the same, since i am an B.com graduate, whether DTP / Multi Media will be helpful or suggest me some other alternative. I prefer doing my next course in Chennai, India either in Madras University or Annamalai University. Awaiting your valuable replies.

Is there such a thing as over educated?

Like I see a lot of educated people with little use of what God gave them between their ears. Have you seen these people? And then there are the people who are like "education solves everything". Its like they are part of the education propaganda section or something.
