No. I speak both French and German and so can compare.
German--easy to spell (and actually easy to pronounce after you get over a few sounds) Intonation is more similar to English. Words separated quite clearly so somewhat easier to understand. Lots of related words (cognates) for basic vocabulary: Haus-house, Arm-arm, Katze--cat...
French--hard to spell, many confusing silent letters, fairly easy to pronounce, intonation quite different and words flow into one another so can be hard to pick out words you know when listening. Lots of cognates for more 'fancy' vocabulary commence--start (commence), indépendence--independence, liberté--liberty

German grammar: complex. Verb system fairly easy and similar to English--sing, sang sung is 'singen, sang, gesungen'
Noun/adj. system quite complex, but you learn it piece by piece.
Word order can be quite different (esp. verbs), but the rules are fairly clear and have few if any exceptions. If you are a logical thinker, German grammar makes a lot of sense.
German grammar tends to get hard early, but doesn't get too much harder. Kind of a steady climb.

French grammar: seems easier at the outset. Verb system complex (three/four--depending on who's doing the classifying--kinds of regular verbs and many many irregulars to memorize) Past tense usage is not intuitive based on English and is hard to get a handle on. French grammar tends to explode on you somewhere towards the middle/end of standard US second year French.

I think German is a lot of fun, actually, and worth the effort! It's such a fun language and does not really sound the spitting, growling, ugly sounds you sometimes hear on TV.

German is the language most similar to English so it should be one of the easiest for an English-speaking person to learn,

It would probably help to inhale some dry leaves because you need to make a lot of choking/gagging sounds. I think it would also help to think about something that makes you angry, like how Germany treated the rest of the world for the first half of the 20th century.

Then commence with small sentences that one speaks at the same time as one meets the different guy. bypass as a lot because the immediately ahead such issues as "this", "that" i.e. in Urdu "iss" and "united statesor wo". it received't be that complicated to get by to the immediately ahead aspect. the challenge ought to come at the same time as u favor to how you are able to communicate one element in 2 or 3 innovations i.e.: a million- good way 2- informal way 3- Abusive way. sure, Urdu is a language which has salutations and innovations to cope with in 2 or 3 different innovations. as an example if I extremely could cope with u in an excellent way, i ought to assert "Aap", and in informal way "Tum".
