Im doing a piece on a mum leaving her 3 kids. The dad is looking after them etc, I am the narrorator (formely a kid she left behind). Im already using Music and Lightning and some techniques like flashback and Forum theatre...

Any other suggestions? Also tips on how to cry are welcome, and please dont post something annoying like I dont know, because then I will report the answer.

I know they say you need to eat to avoid stomach noises but i feel like i eat enough and i don't want to get fatter. My stomach makes loud noise all the time, any good foods that you suggest me to eat either at brekfast or lunch and that will stop stomach noises? I heard fibes are good but i don't know what they are.
