I have been working for a company for 7 yrs. and they have basically paid for my college tuition the whole time. I am graduating and at the grad party I would like to recognize them and give a speech. Any suggestions??

A simple "thank you" will be great....you might relate how much that this company has helped you achieve your goals and dreams. If there is someone special that you can name and appreciate go ahead and do that too....
