i have a paper due tomorrow. It's about myths. Mine is "why do oceans have waves". she said to be creative like i was thinking bout having a hippo running from a leopard and the hippo jumps into the ocean and so thats how we have waves, but i need to elaborate more. do any of you know anything that i can put on there thats like really creative and funny? thanks!!!!

One night just as he was getting ready to go to a party , the electricicy went out. Jonathan reached into the drawer and took out a certain number of socks, knowing that he could put them on later in a place where there was light, and that he would be sure to have a pair.(He did not care which color; he just wanted two that matched.) The first problem

Find two consectutive integers such that the sum of 4 times the first integer and 2 times second integer is 62.

The second problem

The difference of two numbers is 14. The second is 1 less then 2 times the first. What are the two numbers.
