If you want non controversial topics for a speech class, walk into the room look around. Any topic can bring controversy. If you can't find any in the room pick five things about yourself. Anything else bring an alarm clock to wake up your audience.

Not ... controversial? The topics that are "hot" _are_ the ones that are controversial. I don't understand what you're asking.
I'm a college English instructor and have a huge list of speech/paper topics. Clarify and I can probably help you out.
