Try her website. Just know that she's incredibly popular so you may not get something like a book. You'll be lucky to get a reply.
Write to Scholastic, her publisher, and they'll forward letters to her.

You could go onto her official website and there might be a n address there. Otherwise write to her care of her publisher, which is Bloomsbury in the UK and you would need to write there. Their address should be in one of the books. I doubt you would get a book but you should get a letter. However it might take a while so i hope you teacher is patient.

I don't want to rain on your parade, but Ms. Rowling is a very private person and is not likely to respond. In addition, there are millions and millions of Harry Potter fans who want the same thing, so even if she wanted to, it would not be practical for her.
Pick an author who is not so popular, and try to contact him/her through the publisher.
