i have a paper due tomorrow. It's about myths. Mine is "why do oceans have waves". she said to be creative like i was thinking bout having a hippo running from a leopard and the hippo jumps into the ocean and so thats how we have waves, but i need to elaborate more. do any of you know anything that i can put on there thats like really creative and funny? thanks!!!!

What if the hippo, while running from the leopard, were to run up a tree and out on a limb that stretched out over the ocean. Then because he was so heavy the limb bent down and he was dunked into the water causing a huge wave. He moved closer to the trunk to get out of the water, but then the leopard came closer again and so he moved out again. Once more he was dunked into the ocean causing another wave. So on and so on.
