My tutie Shania Arnold has lost her cell phone and it could appear anywhere in the Quad Cities! It is a flip-phone motorella and has pink-and-white gems on it. If you open the flap it should have a picture of Cheyenne Simonet. If you go to contacts, Kylie Kelly, Krysten Kelly, Mom, and others will be on that list.
