here is a paragraph which i need to summarize it.. can u help?

Moon madness isn't a new idea. Throughout history people have believed that a full moon really does casue unusual behavior. In fact , the word lunatic comes from the latin word luna, which means "moon". Today this belief is still shared by many workers in emergency rooms and crisis centeres.Police and 911 operaters ,too, say they get more calls during a full moon.
These operaters also say that they get more strange calls ." We get weirder calls stupid stuff", said Connie Kelson, a police dispatcher from Salt Lake City. One caller kept yelling , "i am having a lizard, i am having a lizard" Another caller screamed, " The golf balls are coming, the golf balls are coming".
Thank u guys, i know it is very long but i still hope that u can help me..

A steel ball of mass 3.50 kg is suspended from two strings as shown in the picture. The upper string is at an angle of theta = 31.0o from the vertical, while the lower string is horizontal. Calculate the magnitude of T2, the tension in the lower string.

I don't know where to start! I was wondering if mg=Fnormal, but I dont' think so. Why are there 2 unknowns?!?

The asteroid Psyche orbits the Sun like the other planets. Its period is about 1820 days. What is its mean distance from the Sun? (Note: this problem does not involve much calculator use, IF you set up a ratio, and use time-units of days and distance units of AU. 1 AU is the distance from the Earth to the Sun. Will accept units of AU for distance.)

3) James Baldwin knows, of course, that so-called Black English could not be considered a distinct language, since most linguists would argue it follows most of the structural rules of standard English even while it has developed a few of its own distinct constructions over time. Why then does he title his essay "If Black English Isn't a Language, Then Tell Me What Is?" What does he want readers to know or understand about Black English? Why? As you discuss this essay, be sure and center your discussion around the following quote and connect it back to what you see Baldwin doing/attempting to do here (his purpose in writing):

"Language, incontestably, reveals the speaker. Language also, far more dubiously, is meant to define the other--and in this case, the other is refusing to be defined by a language that has never been able to recognize him."
