Actually, anything with the word Plaza in the middle. It invokes images of spacious luxury and amenities among other things ... and even though people may act like it, noblody really knows what a plaza is (open square or place) or what it has to with a hotel (go ahead.. google up plaza hotel... I'm not the only one who's thought of it! You'll get about 100 million hits...) The name doesn't have to be ultra-unique. It just has to sound cool or be memorable so people will stay there, come back, and bring their friends.
And what Jindo said about "The" is so true!
