There are some skills that virtually all people use every day. There are some skills that only few people have, but all people should master.

Skills that most people do not have but could benefit from mastering. Why would people benefit from having this skill? What are the consequences of not having this skill?

After being in the workplace for 7 years, I quit my job and enrolled in college full-time. I moved about 4 hours away from everything and I'm now living in a pretty large college-town.
I'm just a little concerned about fitting in. I'm over the partying/drinking scene, and I'm more interested in focusing on school.
Anyone have any experience they can offer? Any ideas on what it would be like for a 28 year old to try to fit in with 18-21 year olds?
THANKS!

English Language and Literature were always my strengths at school and university. Now that I'm 31, do you think that I should just accept that I will never be any good at Maths and hook up with someone who is? Or just improve my skills with some one on one private tuition?

I am considering a minor in Economics, and I was wondering if this is a smart decision. I have a major in Political Science and History, and I was wondering if a minor in Economics would help me get a entry-level position in the field of banking or investment banking. I would also like to eventually go into Public Policy and/or Urban Planning. Any suggestions?

I don't mean crucifix or concentration camp hate. I mean like not being forced to love them out of sympathy for crimes against them i did not commit.

Am I allowed to just think of them as any other culture, not love nor hate them?
They have a lot of power and money but i don't see how that benefits me.
