It's Nunavut. Which means land of the Innus. Innu meaning human. (Formerly known as Esquimos). It has the status of a territory. It has not as much autonomy as a province and it's funding depends mostly on the federal government. The capital of Nunavut is Iqualuit. So Canada has 10 provinces and 3 territories.
