I'm only a soph. in highschool but a lot of adults i know and my school are encouraging me to try and find places that take internships over the summer so we can get a better idea of what we want to be when we're older. I didn't even think internships to sophmores were given. I really wanted an internship at Rolling Stone Magazine in nyc but i'm not sure if they're offered to people my age...does anyone know?

Never seen any rankings published for this course which can say how this course is as comparered with other similar courses offered by other schools. Any information/suggestions in this regard are welcome.

i don't say "kind" it just seems too...... formal for me. so i always use "nice" or "neat" or anything other than kind that means kind.
i know the meaning of kind, but i can't figure this out.
when you say A is nicer than B using "kind" do you say "kinder" or "more kind"?
i think kinder sounds weird..... like.... i've never said "kinder" when i lived in the states. nor did any of my friends say that.
actually, almost none of my friends used the word "kind"
or at least not in that situation.
anyway,
should i be saying "kinder" or "more kind"?

I'm writing an essay for my grade 10 english class, and I need some help with the wording of the question. Even though I don't need help with the topic, I'm going to give most of the questions as to not lead to confusion. The question starts with, "To what extent should science be critizized and/or appreciated for the roles it plays/effects it has on events, charactars, communities ect. as featured in (Texts we've read in class )

I don't perfectly understand how to start an essay/ how to answer the question "to what extent" Any help is appreciated, if my question doesn't even make sense therefore cannot be answered, then sorry and thank you for you effort anyways : )

Or is it a crime to state a fact? Why was my similar question deleted? Don't you want to hear the truth? Muslims explored North America at least 300 years before the discovery of the New World by Christopher Columbus, according to many researchers. Dr. Barry Fell, a noted New Zealand archaeologist and linguist of Harvard University showed detailed existing evidence in his work, "Saga America" that Muslims were not only in the Americas before Columbus arrived, but very active there as well. Remnants of mosques found in America and today over 500 city names in America were named after the Muslims. What happened to them?
