"Dis" is American slang for "this." (And, "dat" means "that.")

"Diss" is American slang when you insult someone or "dis-respect" them. This habit is generally called diss-ing.

I would guess that the blank line means that you said something before that didnt make sense or they thought was pointless.
The " / " at the end probably means that the whole thing has a little line through it (again, meaning it was a bad post) or something along those lines.
If this comment is relating to some arguement you had, I would guess that they dont agree.
