Actually I just haerd myself say "what the....?" and I realize I use that one alot so that's my official answer to my own question!

I always say 'how embarrasing' when i get something wrong, or 'that could have been embarrasing!' when someone nearly mucks something up. doesnt sound funny when i just write it down like this lol.

I'm always saying "What are the odds?!?" Usually when something unfortunate has happened. For example, I get hit by a ball or splashed by a puddle. Things that don't always happen and when they do, it's to me :-(
I've got into the habbit of swearing too much as well, I really need to stop that.
