I am taking a psychology class. I love most of my classes and I am generally very passionate about learning.

Its not that I dont enjoy the context of what we are learning, but the professor is AMAZINGLY BORING!

We are required to read the chapters on our own. We have to read becuase at the start of each class we are given a quiz. (WHich is not my complaint at all. I think its great - it helps me realize what I need to study more for the big tests)

THE PROBLEM? All my professor does is read the chapter, directly from the book, through out the whole class. There is no discussion. If we have questions we need to see her in her office or e-mail her. So the entire class consists of her reading us something that we've already read on our own. (I am not the only one who cant stand this class)

Because attendance is required and part of our grade, I need to attend. But its TORTURE sitting there for two hours listening to the reading. How can I make the time go by faster??

I am currently enrolled in a 4-year liberal arts college and my major is Interior Design. Will a degree from here be less valuable/impressive and therefore less likely to land me a job than a degree in Interior Design from an actual art school?

ummm i am really nervous with the taking the GED test thing, and i am not sure how hard it is. i am getting my GED so i can go into the army in March and getting my GED to my depends if i am going to be living on welfare or if i am going to be living in a free country that i am fighting with other men and women for! i really need help or any advice you guys could offer! title says it all, i'm lookin for universities that are in oregon/washington that have lower admission requirements....speicficly g.e.d requirements (no i did not become lazy, i droped out because of medical issues)

for example, university of oregon, requires a 580 on the ged. while portland state university requires a 460....a very large significant diffrence....

generaly, if the school has lower freshman-highschool requirements. the same will go for g.e.d requirements

what schools do you guys know of, that don't require such as high admission requirements?
