I am currently enrolled in a 4-year liberal arts college and my major is Interior Design. Will a degree from here be less valuable/impressive and therefore less likely to land me a job than a degree in Interior Design from an actual art school?

The nice thing about art is that it is the quality of the art produced that is more important than where you got the degree. In interior design, what matters most is your portfolio of successful designs, and knowing what worked and what didn't, and learning from your mistakes. Do what you can to build up that portfolio of work!
If you have an art degree, it will definitely give you an edge when seeking employment, if all you want is a job.
But most interior designers own their own interior design businesses. You might want to take a couple of business classes such as business management and basic business accounting. Treat your first job out of school as an internship, and look for a job in a design firm that will teach you 'the ropes', so to speak. You wil be wanting to break out on your own after a while, and your degree will ground you in the work ethic needed to succeed on your own, or with a partner.
I say congratulations on working towards a goal and getting a degree. Education is always worth it in the end.
