what is the typical age for grad students?
realistically speaking, what is expected of you when you apply (GPA, job experience, etc.)?

i'm sorry this is so vague. i'm still somewhat undecided on what kind of grad school i'm interested in applying to ... possibly media studies, economics, psychology, marketing, advertising. i'm currently majoring in psychology and economics, but i truly want to do something related to media/magazines/pop culture (not film school though). please help! thanks!

I've invented a word game in which you try to use the same word or the same sounding word as many times in a row as you can and still make some sense.

example 1:
I took my brother Hadley to the circus and he loved it but he drank to much and it ruined his day. It would have been the
best time 'Had had had, had Had had' a little less beer

example 2:
CW Moss had too much to drink when he met WC Fields and that was what made 'CW see WC double, you see?'

Using 'Great Great Great Great' Grandma is cheating but if you wanted to cheer up your feeble old great grandmother who can't even grate cheese any more you might say:
"You're doing a fine job. I think you 'grate great, great' grandma!"

I graduated with Bachelors in Accounting. Became an accountant, worked for a large company for 3 years till started feeling like a cog in a machine. Long held dream of being a humanities professor would revisit me every now and then. The following are my choices:
1) To do an MBA (locally) and branch out to Finance from Accounting.
2) Get accounting certifications so I can get a promotion in the same company.
3) Do my Masters in a social science or philosphy and pursue a phD later on, to become a uni prof. For this will quit my current job, take a loan and move away from my family.
If its choice 3, then how do I KNOW that this is what I want.
