I am a tranfer student, and got in to UCLA.
Sadly, i did not know about the FAFSA program, and missed the deadline to turn the form in.

Can i still turn that in? The reason why I am asking this question is that I want to get grants (ex. Cal grants) and they all require me to fill out the FAFSA by march whcih means i already missed the deadline.

I heard that if i apply right now, i only get student loans.
but what about the grants?
can i still be eligible?

my teacher is my close friend. we tell eachother everything. I go to her classroom everyday after school and sometimes she has kids in there who she has given detention to for one reson or another. they say some awful things to her that if said to me would really hurt my feelings. i dunno how she puts up with it and when i hear them treating her like this i just want to yell at them how could they... but i know i cant but its so unfair how can i ignore these mean comments toward my friend?

ok, so i read that the lowest score you can get on the GED test
is a 200 and the highest is a 800 and the passing score is a "combined" score of 450 which is about a 60%...

now.. does this mean if i score low in the math and do good in everything else... will i still pass?

I know I can probably take time to do some research on this but if someone knows the answer quick I'd like to know how I can change my career as a surgeon.

I have a bachelor's degree on mathematics and computer science. I'm currently on a masters program on computational science but I feel this is not the right path to spend the rest of my life. I've decided to start over and become a surgeon in the field of medicine.

I can probably go back to my under graduate program and start over as a pre med but it I really don't want to repeat lot of the courses that I took. Is there any way I can take some selective courses to meet the premed requirement and prepare for MCAT to enter a medical school?

I have a faint idea on how to go about it but I keep coming to a dead end... 2x + y = 50 orignated from 3x + y = 65 and x + y = 35. Correct me if I did anything wrong.

EDIT: I want to solve for both x and y. I can guess and get it right, but I have to show work the process at which I arrived at my answer, and I cannot say I used guess and check, so someone please help me!
