Why is aerobic fitness considered the most important health related fitness component and the foundation component for sport related fitness??

it helps with your cardiovascular endurance. also you will be able to take more in when you inhale. not to mention the weightloss

all it is, is a sport that is non stop for at least 8 minuts or more.

anaerobic sport such as football where they have to keep stoping w/in a few minuts

Aerobics is a particular form of exercise.
