I am thinking about attending the Landmark Forum couse next week.

Does anyone know anything about it? It costs $440 and runs from Friday 8 a.m. to Sunday 12 midnight and Tuesday evening. So it will involve quite a bit of my time.

I am wondering if its worth and what anyone who has taken the course thought about the experience.

I learned piano by ear and know my chords and notes. I would like to teach my boys age 5 and 7 a little piano. If they stick with it a while I'll get them a real teacher. Is there a beginners piano instruction book that would be a good aid to me in my teaching effort? Thanks.

I wanted to use "My most valuable experience was". It sounds correct, but when I thought hard about it... it's kinda wrong right? I'm a bit confused.

I am not really a genius in grammar.

I'd appreciate your answers! Thanks!

I know this following method is correct... "It's raining..." instead of... "It is raining." The apostrophe denotes a contraction and a missing letter from the sentence.

So which is correct here? "The house and its contents" or "The house and it's contents." Because one cannot say "The house and it is contents," as that would not be right. So in these kinds of instances surely a contraction is not needed and therefore no need for an apostrophe.

I hope you've all understood what I'm on about! Thanks!

One day my aunt said they I will be getting a small cat. I sweetly pet him. He looked cute with those big eyes. We named him Yussy. At that time I gave him warm milk. First, he seemed scared. He was born with beige color fur and now changed to red. His tail is black, and eyes are blue. Now the cat is twice the size. He is now 3 weeks old. He makes all cheer up when he’s around. He rubs his body against the chair. When I clear the floor he chases the mop room to room. Once he’s tired, he runs to the milk cup and sips cat milk. Then he is ready for one point stop to eat the dry food. He runs to the kitchen and the bedroom ten more times till he is weary and takes a nap. When he is only one at home, he gets bored at wrecks, eats, poops all over the place. I have to clean up after him. On his free time he looks out the glass and sees the birds flying. His ears move when big cars drive by. Cat licks when he feels he dirty.

Prolonged drought along the Yangtze has reduced China's longest river to record lows, triggering a debate over the Three Gorges dam's ability to generate power, state-media said yesterday.
The Yangtze fell to its lowest level last yrs since records began in 1877, but a dam official told the Xinhua news agency that power generation in the Three Gorges area would not be affected.
"There have never been two successive yrs when a serious drop in the amount of water flowing into the mainstream of the Yangtze has occurred," said the official. "So, I believe it is unlikely there will be a significant drop in the in flow of water into the Three Gorges Reservoir from the upper reaches this year."
Buy observers say such arguments are based on historical data and fail to consider the more recent issue of climate change.
Over 2.6 million people upsteam from the dam have been facing water shortages since late February, according to the agency.
