The main thing is to highlight your accomplishments in the community besides any work experience. Include personal and or work references that would show your positive attributes. School activities can be a big help, too. Before submitting it, I recommend someone review it for both grammar, spelling, and effectiveness. I don't understand your quesiton. Are you asking for a resume or an essay? If its an essay, focus on one subject and write in depth on that subject. It can range from after school activities to your part time job. If you need to construct a resume, I suggest that you go online and google a temple. Make sure you don't clutter the resume and you shouldn't need to go over 2 pages.
