I have heard people say that they have a:
1. Juris Doctor degree
2. Juris Doctorate degree
3. Doctor of Jurisprudence degree

Which one of the above is the correct terminology?

Why is it that some will say "You have a choice, " or "You have two choices," when they mean to say exactly the same thing?You are given an option between two things, and you must choose between the two. But if you are told you have two choices, does it not then mean that there are more than two things to decide upon? If you had a choice, which would you pick as the most correct : "You have a choice" (between this or another, or, "You have two choices" (between this or another)?
In comedian Eddie Izzard's sketch, characters are given a choice between cake or death. Is this one choice or two choices? Is choosing between door number one and door number two one choice, or two? Doesn't the idea of a two item selection mean simply that there is a decision to be made, and the idea is to choose (relative word to choice, singular, right?), one option of the other, for you can not have both.

Hi... We are writting our own myth and so i picked the God of Earthquakes. And i can't think of anything. I have to make a myth on The God of Earthquake. It has to explain how the earthquakes where created. Don't think about the modern day stuff like the planets move. Like "Zeus forgot to take a shower and he is scratching his head and the snow come down.(the snow is actually dandruff)" So like that. But now heres the problem! I have to have my myth like at least 3-5 paragraphs. So i would really apreciate it if you could write me a essay or 3-5 paragraphs on this God of Earthquake. (by the way the teachers assigned this for us) I named my God "Seklew" If you can think of great name for the god it would be also great too! So please i will choose your as the best answers. I am a very opinionated person. Yet I find quote searching a complete waste of time. Why quote search when you have your own outlook on life? The Doolittle Raid was supposed to have boosted American morale and every artical I have read has said that, but none of them have showed that or proved it in any way. Im 19. About to be 20 in May. (currently attending community college) Still living at home :-(

I only have 34 credits, attempting 13 more this semester, so 47 by the end of this semester....

And will probaly take about 7 more in the summer.

Thats about 54credits, and about only 50, maybe even less transfer to the Univeristy I want to go to.

Plus I only took general education courses, because for a while I was unsure what I wanted to get a degree in.

I takes like 120 credits to graduate. But you really need like 140 to complete all the damn requirements that schools have.

By that time ill be like 23 almost 24 years old.
I want to become a cop. Nothing else really interests me. I didnt choose that right away because I didnt like the pay, but I kind of realized that im not much interested in anything else.

But this is taking for ever.

Should I just get and A.A.S. instead of trying to get a B.A. Plus I hate school, I just know I have to have it.
