I am a foreign trained nurse. I entered the USA with tourist visa to visit my fiancee who is a citizen. We are going to get married in a few weeks. So I hope to have work permit and a green card. I know that to become a nurse here I have to take the NCLEX-RN exam. I want to know if I still need to take the first one called the CGFNS exam because I already have a green card?

Most the questions on here are asking for help for the entire assignment, does anyone actually try anymore? Come on people, stop giving these kids their answers, were not going to be there when they write an exam, they need to do this on their own.

From your experiences, how has the massive student body size seem to you? Is it hard to get to know people if you definitely do not want to join a sorority/fraternity? How's the campus life? I've heard there's actually no campus and it's just buildings throughout NYC; is that true? Is the Stern School of Business good, and does it have a connection with the Wharton School at UPenn?

Oh yeah, and lastly, can I email you if I have more questions?

The testing found a large discrepancy between his intelligance level and his actual reading and comprehension level. He now qualifies for special education, but I am not sure that is the best thing. It seems he will be plunked in a room full of kids at all different levels of learning. He was making strides last year (1st grade) with a reading teacher and has fallen backward since them. We have hired that reading teacher to tutor him and she feels the reason for the step backward is because what she has taught him is not being carried over into the classroom. I feel like actually placing him in special education class is not the answer. We are willing to do anything on our end as parents to help. Do we have any other options? We live in Michigan. Thanks in advance.

Some religious schools in US and UK are banning a top selling kids book because it contains the word scrotum (this is name of the skin that surrounds the testes in case you where in doubt). This comes a few years after two other top selling childrens books, Harry Potter books and His Dark Materials, where banned why many religious schools for promoting the idea of non-christian ideals.

Do you think that schools, local councils and states should allow to ban any book? I can understand why books with strong adult content may be banned but being banned for using medical terms or for introducing other faith systems seems a bit like mini facism. What are your veiws on this? Would really love to hear from people who attend/work in a school that has banned a book.
