Is it okay to go to a community college and then transfer to a 4-year univerisity? Why don't many people do this and why do they go to a 4-year institution right out of high school?

Hi there, I need help on my english project.

First off, I need to know what song will match this theme.(Please include song name, and artist)

Theme is: "To escape from fear, we mush first trust ourselves to let our soul guide the way to our true identity."

I need a song that somewhat matches that theme, and I need a color that you guys think will fit or represent that theme.

Lastly, I need a visual to go along with the theme. That isn't that important, the song and the colors are the top priority here.

Our school district has adopted the idea of restorative discipline, which means students who act out or have problems aren't given consequences or punished in any way (unless for fighting, drugs, weapons, etc.) We are asked to counsel the students and try to build relationships with them to promote better behavior. I have no problem at all with talking to kids, trying to get to know them, and giving them some support. Some kids, though, respond negatively to that. When that happened in the past, I would back off and give the student respect, but we're constantly told by the administration to be persistent with the students. We also don't have any consequences at all. One kid pushed an autistic girl on the floor, spit on someone at lunch, shot teachers with a laser pointer, made sexual comments to girls in our school, and caused problems in almost every class, for over five months. He hasn't received a single detention, suspension, etc. Any thoughts on this would be welcome.

This is a word problem and I have to find the errors in the equations and correct it. This is the problem first: Maria has $3000 to invest between two accounts and wants an overall yield of 7.5%. One account earns 5% and the other earns 9%. Suppose a student writes the 2 equations to rep. this situation:

The equations are: Investment equation-----> x+y=3000
Interest equation------> .05x+.09y=.075...What did I do wong with the investment and Interest equations? I just have to fix the equations....Plz help!

I have not done so well in high school. My current GPA is 2.50 and I have three Ds as semester grades. After high school I plan on attending a community college, Diablo Valley College (DVC), and then transferring to San Jose State University.

Will I be accepted? I've been told that state colleges do not accept students with Ds nor Fs but that they are also easier to get into. If I do really really well in DVC and plan on transferring to SJSU, will they accept me?
