I really want to learn a few languages on my own and I see the most publicity for rosetta stone. The demo makes it seem good and so do reviews. However, I wish to hear how someone likes who really used it. If I have no previous knowledge of the language I want to learn (Italian and German) is it a good software to use? Also, how do you learn the verb conjugations for "you" and "I". In the demo, you learn he/her by seeing pictures of people. But how do you learn the conjugations for you do something and I do something?

it seems as though the more thats typed the more you will understand what the person is saying but without punctuation and such the whole thing turns in to a realy long sentence that no once can figure as long as you continue to type without taking breaks that is how i feel and if anyone has a witty retort it would be appreciated as this is more of a rhetorical question than anything else sorry if this is hurting your eyes as i was trying to make a point

An aphorism is a silly statement that actually has truth to it.

-If at first you don't succeed, destroy all evidence that you tried.
-A conclusion is the place where you got tired of thinking.
-Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.
-For every action, there is an equal and opposite criticism.
-Success always occurs in private, and failure in full view.
-To steal ideas from one person is plagiarism; to steal from many is research.
-Don't sweat petty things... or pet sweaty things.
-Bills travel through the mail at twice the speed of checks.
-Hard work pays off in the future. Laziness pays off now.

Try to come up with some.
