This is a tough call. I was also born in 1979 and am currently working towards a doctorate in chemistry. I am also still living at with my folks along with my wife and 2 kids.
My wife and I both agree that education is our first priority. Once you get your degree, there is a good chance that you will have to move for a job.

Living in the middle east, you are much better off to get your master's degree. You cannot take a house with you if things get bad. I'd say move to America, we love people. You will find friends here of all nationalities. Just don't blow anyone up, ok?

you'd prob build the house in less time than it would take to do a degree. and if your wanting to do a complex degree like chemistry, chances are your going to be looking for a pretty good job afterwards, so you may not get your house until your retired?! id go for the house, and then once you are settled you can get your degree.

I would get your degree in Chemistry and then later down the road when you get that good job you can then build yourself a house.

Building your house....Although you will need money to do that....So do the Masters, get a good job, then start building!

Get your Education(That should be your Life Foundation),the house is secondary-You will need to get out and Mingle to enable a meeting of someone!

get your masters in chemisrty then build your house coz if you have your masters you'll have a good basis for jobs and you can build a house any time.
