I wanna attend columbia university but im not sure if my grades are up to par wif wat they lookin 4, help?

What should my grades look like, how many people are excepted to columbia, im only in 10th grade wat can i do to make sure my grades stay up so that CU would even think about letting me attend? How much does it cost, are scholarships avalible?

I want to become a Dr. but don't know where to start as far as my education......?

should i change my health care course, which i do not enjoy, to Alevels??

im 6 months into the health care course now, but i still do not fit in with the other students or enjoy working at the hospital.. should i change to Alevels where id be happier with my old pals?? =s
