I'm an undergrad trying to hone in on what major would be best in my interest. I'm a huge weight lifting enthusiast, I have some extensive knowledge of nutrition, etc. One of my biggest fears is majoring in something that will hinder what I do in the future. I am very interested in Management level positions in business/corporate settings. My family has always been strong in the business field. I feel that I would have greater success in business than I would majoring in Kinesiology.

Any opinions?

We have 3 kids that we plan to homeschool, the oldest is 6 and she has been doing very well with the Abeka program. Now we're planning to start with the second one this year, and the problem is that we use the living room as the school room and there are just too many distractions, especially with a 2 year old running around.
We're on Whidbey Island in Washington state, so it is pretty chilly outside, but I have given some thought to using something like an old camping trailer or van parked outside next to the house. I can run electricity out there and have some way to heat it, but I'm wondering what everybody else is doing. The house is just too cramped to set any rooms aside.

I want to describe that to build 'utopian community" is not like a "dreamland" to reach.. can i say "utopian community will not be like a dreamland as hardly as to reach"??

How do i find the x and y intercepts of this equation? How do i properly set the equation up and solve? -2/3y = x I understand you have to subsitute x and y for 0 and solve. But i guess i'm having a problem with the fraction, not so much the concept of intercepts. If u can solve and illustrate how u got there, i would appreciate it.

I'm working on a description of my work experience for an application to continue my position (which renews every year). I want to briefly describe the work that I am currently doing. I work at this place only a few hours a week, but continue in their employ. I want to show that my work for the company I'm mentioning in this sentence will not interfere with the job I'm applying for.

So, how can I express the idea of working regularly, but not very much, for this company?

Hi. I am currently a high school junior and I have started looking at colleges. I've always wanted to study math or physics in college, but this past year I've picked up photography and now I want to do a double major in both. I'm looking at schools like stanford, harvard, columbia, georgetown, carneigie mellon..etc I know some of these schools have fine arts or art history major, but how can you have a concentration in photography? I'm afraid that being an art major will be very hard for me since I have not taken a lot of art classes in HS. what schools have a rather liberal art department where I can take mostly photography classes?
