We don't even have delays here at all, so I don't know what you're complaining about! It doesn't matter if a ton of snow has fallen or if there's fog or anything like that. Business as usual. School buses might not run, but school still starts at the same time as always.
Have you really thought this through? Having a delay means less class time, right? Then what happens? The teacher can't do everything in class so you probably end up with more homework.

Yeah...duh then you can make up the missed time this summer when the weather is nicer... Go now when it is to cold and nasty to be outside or do anything or go this summer??
