College and Career Questions?

I have a few questions hoping to get some honest but hopefull answers. I am so confused about what career choice to make. Most people in high school have a general idea of what they want to go to college for and pursue and accomplish it. Me, well its a different story. I dont really know what I want to do as far a career goes. Does that mean I lack motivation? Are online colleges good ? Im just so confused and I've been confused for 2 years and havent pursued anything due to that. My other goal would be to be a translator. But heres my problem. I was raised in a foster home which didnt speak spanish. So unfortunately I forgot some words but its not extreme to the point where I feel I have to take classes. So how do I get spanish speaking in my daily life to pick it back up. I can tell you what 2 people are saying. But there are some words I havent forgotten, like on the tip of my tongue. Thats how my spanish is. Takes me a monent to remember the word.

How can I get better grades?

I am a horrible procrastinator. I mean I am the queen of all that is put of until the last minute! But then again, I thrive under the pressure, I do my best work the night before that project worth half my grade is due.

I also know I'm not stupid. I know I'm not a genius either! The thing is my parents expect me to get good grades. They expect me to get a scholarship. They expect me to be some successful CEO trying to take over the world!

And I want all of that also (exepct the whole becoming a CEO and taking over the world thing) but my study habits are horrible! Not only do I procrastinate, I NEVER study for anything!

But the thing was it wasn't until this semester that I've been getting bad grades (second semester of my freshman year), I've found myself thanking god for a C!

I know I have to stop just barely making it by the skin of my teeth, I just dont know how to do it. So could someone teach me how to bring my grades up, and teach me good study habits?

When you go to apply for a teaching position, what are you required to bring?

I know I have to bring a resume and my teaching certification, but do you also have to bring a proof of your grades or classes taken. Do they want to know what your GPA was or what classes you did well in and what classes you did poorly in. I have a 3.0, but I failed a science class and I don't want to not get job for that reason.
