If my child's class work doesn't have a name on it ( it doesn't have to be turned in if hes doing his class work she will take it from him ball it up and throw it away) Ive talked to the principal and school district and nothing was done. They all say its in her right to do that. i disagree. any suggestions on how to stop this?

Dear Reader,

I don't mean to brag at all, but I am a twelve year old with a vocabulary of a sixteen year old! Many people want me to shut up and stop answering the questions but I know the answers! I am in all Pre-Ap classes and many people make fun of me because I always go into dept with homework assignments and my opinions. Sometimes...I just want to give up my intellect, but it's still there. What should I do?
There are often times when the teachers call on me even when I don't want to be nervous and everybody is screams out, "Teacher's Pet!" I don't want to be a teacher's pet! I just want to live my life without all the jocks and stuff making fun of me! Please give me a reason for their words...and don't say they're jealous of me. I know a lot of people think so, I know I am not ugly and I don't have low self esteem but I just want them to stop bugging me!

I think the United States should justified in declaring war on Britain in 1812. Because the effects of the war are increased American patriotism, weakened Native American resistance and U.S. manufacturing grew. As you can see, that the United States has won the war in 1812.

I have searched and searched to no avail. I'm 18 years old and need a place to live ASAP. I need assistance paying rent for an apartment, but have gotten mixed answers online and phone menu after phone menu. I'm a single female, still in high school, with good grades and a part time job. My income is at most $400/month, and I'm in the "thumb area."
