I think you mean "conozco," which is "I know" - as in Conozco a Juan, which means "I know Juan"

It's more "acquainted with" than "know in the biblical sense." :o)

In Spanish it would be (correctly) spelled "conozco" (verb: Conocer: To Know)and it means: "I know"

Spelled exactly as you have it, it means "I know" in Italian.
