He's just goering up for christmas and wants what the dogs in the backroom will have. He has ways of making you buy the boots, so don't offer resistance. Better get some or he'll kick up a fuss and be stepping all over the goose. My pet goebbels are much easier to please. They simply enjoy seeing santa and his red nosed reindeer Rudolf Hess.

The Jack boots are easier to find than the Marlene Dietrich album. Ask him what he might like as substitutes, if you can't find the right stuff. As for you worry about his personality, don't worry its normal for a male to get more right wing as they age. Just keep him off baloncies particulary near crowded squares.
