What's the past tense of troubleshoot?

I am not sure if it's "troubeshot" or "troubleshooted."

Troubleshot.

The prefix doesn't change the tenses of the original word.

"After troubleshooting the problem...." Both troubleshot and troubleshooted sound far too odd to me even though both are correct. When that happens, I usually take a different turn with it. BTW, the dictionary gives you the various tenses of a verb. trou·ble·shoot /ˈtrʌbəlˌʃut/ Pronunciation Key - Show Spelled Pronunciation[truhb-uhl-shoot] Pronunciation Key - Show IPA Pronunciation verb, -shoot·ed or -shot, -shoot·ing.
