This might sound like a stupid question but oh well. Were there telephones in the 1960's? If there weren't then what did people use to communicate? I need this information for a paper I'm writing. Thank you!

I'm a high school junior. I'm an honor roll and I have really good grades - straight A's with like only 1-2 B+s! I really want to attend a 4 year University... I might want to major in History ;)! However, I don't have the money to do so...

I wrote a masterpiece of a cover letter for my top-choice school, but then when I was writing one for another school, I thought, hang on, why would I spend another 3 hours on one and a half pages of genius if I have everything already done?

so my question is, can one college somehow view my application to another college? the schools are both in Southern California, one in Malibu and one in Los Angeles... maybe I'm just being way too paranoid but is that possible or legal?

a new school has exactly 1000 lockers and 1000 students. On the first day of school the studenets meet outside the building and agree on the following plan. The first student will enter the school and open all lockers the second will enter and close all lockers with an even number. the third student will then reverse every third locker. that is if the locker is closed he will open it . if it is open he will close it. the fourth student will then reverse every fourth locker. the fifth will reverse every fifth locker and so on untill all 1000 students enter and reverse their lockers. which lockers will remain open. the first person to show the work an d an answer will recieve best answer THX

I have sooo much flipping homework every night! Tonight, I have an English essay, 4 math pages, a science packet, a science project, a letter, a pretest, and Spanish. Every night I have to stay up doing homework until 12:30! Then I dont fall asleep until 1:30, and then I wake up at 6. Then I'm tired the whole day. I get so frustrated and mad!!! I do homework as soon as I get home and I still have 5 tons of it! I CANT TAKE IT!!!!!!!!!!
