I have sooo much flipping homework every night! Tonight, I have an English essay, 4 math pages, a science packet, a science project, a letter, a pretest, and Spanish. Every night I have to stay up doing homework until 12:30! Then I dont fall asleep until 1:30, and then I wake up at 6. Then I'm tired the whole day. I get so frustrated and mad!!! I do homework as soon as I get home and I still have 5 tons of it! I CANT TAKE IT!!!!!!!!!!

What should I do??????????

I can definitely feel your pain, I go through the same thing most days. My problem is that I usually procrastinate and do everything the last minute.

It's not the most ideal solution, but if you really want to get your work done and have enough time for sleep, you should get started on your work as soon as possible. If you can, work on it during study halls or after school if you play a sport.

I know that your life can get pretty hectic with extracurriculars, homework, sports, family, etc, and the holidays coming up don't make life any easier. Just try to focus on your work and keep your mind from drifting.

If all else fails, ask your teachers if they can give you the assignments early, so that if you have time on the weekends, you can get a head start. They will be impressed by your academic drive, and you'll be ahead of the game!

R T
Do NOT take Radiancia's advice , he and Jacko's monkey are fighting for the higher I.Q score . Don't waste time on the computer all night if you have homework to do . Do what has to be turned in first , first , next and so on .
To not do your homework and or lie about it only hurts yourself . And by the point score on this guy,all he can do is play on the computer like he doesn't have an adventagious job, wonder if mom and dad are still carrying him ?
You at least can still have a life in the future , and if you do have problems with the homework load, talk to the teacher . Are all the others in the class having the same problems ?

Ur in middle shool right. So do most important homework first. Projects, essays, then take a nap. Then go ahead and do the rest if ur still not finished do some work on the way home and do some on the way to school in the morning. Have ur mom or dad write notes to each teacher, most likely other students have complained too.

Calm down. It's okay! I've been there. And actually still am...
Anyways, you should set an amount of time where you can just relax and forget about that stress. Could be a half hour to an hour! Whatever you please!
Here's a tip: When you get frustrated, STOP and take a break! You'll do better once you come back because more likely, you've settled.

Eliminate everything thats not worth marks and stuff thats not worth enough marks to be worth your while. I only did homework when it was worth a lot of marks and even then ..... lol. But yeah I mean you can lie about it too - not too often but like yeah I already handed that in you mean you lost it? Lol lifes too short to waste on homework. Just make sure you can still get a good mark in the end. You absolutely dont have to do every little question - what a waste.

One possible way is to try for a federal pell grant at your school. They can usually help enough so that you don't have to work full time anyway. Or try pacing yourself by writing down what your homework is and doing it a liitle at a time such as on breaks or when something comes up and you have a few minutes. That way you are not trying to cram it all in in just a little bit of time. I hope this helps and good luck, Marianne

Are u in college already if not be sad because college is worse.
if u are saying this things then you dont like schooling. You are doing your work for mere compliance and not because it is the foundation of your future. Actually I have only 3 hours sleep a day. i am still doing my homeworks till 3 am, go to sleep then wake up at 6 am.

If you have the time, do a little during school. I never do my homework at home. Those times when you are sitting in class bored out of your mind- DO HOMEWORK. Lunch is great homework time too. If you work ALL day u can relax when you get home!

organize yourself....don't save it until last minute. make a schedule for yourself, maybe do half of your homework right after school and they other half after dinner or something. also you need to relax. don't get too stressed out with the whole homework thing. there's no point of you frusterating yourself then going to bed so late. you are just making a vicous cycle for yourself. if you feel as though you're drowning in homework and HAVE to go to bed...only do the stuff thats really important. there's no point of going to school when you're overtired and can't concentrate. trust me i should know. i had the same problem. my advice is dont procastinate and dont get too stressed out...its just homework-there's more important things out there. good luck!

instead of going out all weekend, i choose one night to stay home and do homework, and one night to go out. It helps a lot...then even one night during the week I can relax early cuz I'm either ahead or right on schedule.

also... DO NOT PROCRASTINATE'... as soon as u get home, do ur homework... as soon as u get an essay start asap
