My high school has an overly strict dress code. I understand dress codes are necessary but some are just ridiculous. Anyways, if you notice some people have stickers on the back window their car of two girls one angel and one devil. (picture http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y219/Black_Majik/Angel-Devil003Standing.jpg Well my friend had one of the girls on his shirt and had his shirt taken away by administration. The thing is that it's not on the dress code policy. He was obviously pretty mad about it and he asked the vice principal to write a statement explaining why it is dress code. Vice principal refused. Also, if a student gets dress code and has it taken away by staff and parents cannot be contacted through telephone, the student is not allowed to get their clothes back (which also is not stated in the dress code policy). My question is it okay for them to get away with things like that if it is not stated in the dress code policy?

I am looking towards for a study that is Electrical Engineering but focuses on Music and Audio, like DSPs or Transducer related studies. Is there any other univeristy offering the course besides U.Miami?

I have to come up with a presentation on any topic to be presented to my fellow teachers. But the topic has to be related to students, school, academic or even teachers. No need to be original because it doesn't count as long as I deliver a message to the teachers. If you can't get me a simple presentation, please give me an idea about what to present.

I have a perfect 4.0 GPA in my MS at US institution, and was planning to applying to CMU for PHD or even second MS. But my current GRE result won't be enough for CMU. How can I get a quantitative scores of equal or above 790 and a good verbal scores.?

I'm in grade 9 and theres this kid bullying my lil sister and other people. Hes shown disrespect to my family and everyone else and i can't take it anymore. The problem tho is hes only in grade 7. We've tried talking to school but it hasn't worked he just keeps on doing it i don't know what to do. The school won't do a thing so its time for me to take matters into my own hands. I'm going to pick up my lil sister from school on friday and i'm gonna tell him to stop. If he doesn't then i'm gonna have to kick his @$$. My sister says he has a knife but i'm not gonna worry much about it since i have mine and a steel pipe with his name on it. I don't know what to do because he is 2 years younger so it might seem wrong to hit him.
