Ok, I have to write a research paper with the topic having to do with Native Americans. IT can be about a tribe, or a specific person. I have no clue what to choose, and it seems like there isn't a lot of web sources about Native Americans. I wanted to find stuff on Native Americans and the Portuguese but couldn't find anything. My son's teacher continues to smack my 8 yr old son. It's 2 times now that i've noticed marks of fingers on his cheeks. After warning him to stop smacking him, he continues. My son who was doing well in his studies and he has never missed school for even one day, now he's telling me he doesn't want to attend school. He is scared now. he has changed so much. Today he smacked him because he had done a mistake in maths. Is it a reason to smack a young boy like this?

and i feel like im really missing out on high school. its supposed to be like the best years but i couldnt go to the pep rally, homecoming, any football games or sports or anything bascially. but the reason for this is that i have to sit at home and practice piano. i know it sounds retarded but im going to be a pianist when i grow up and i have no time for these things. it just makes me really upset to see all my friends going when i cant go. do you think im making the right decision/is it worth it?
