I don't know if you are referring to someone having an inappropriate conversation with someone over email, or about pictures, but the FBI is a good start. If it is about pictures from another country, the Custom's Service is also interested.

Good question, I guess you should report it to your local police. If they don't have an internet task force, they will probably forward the complaint to a dept that does. Good luck.

I don't know, but you could try Dateline NBC's website. I know they have that awesome show, "How to catch a predator." Maybe you could hook 'em up with the name of this person and we can see him get locked up on national TV!
