Scenario:
I really want to become a lawyer, but my mom says doing differently would be a better path. She says that "what if a big depressions comes and lawyers aren't in high need"---which is true, they're even in high need now, but that doesn't bother me, but what bothers me is how expensive it is for law school. I mean what if i went schooling for 8 years to become a lawyer to only eventuate into an unemployed law degree-wielding vagrant. Not a risk i'm willing to take, thats why i have to do a little more thinking. Now she suggests that i become a x-ray technician because it requires the least amount of schooling for a lot of money per year. The ideas seems appealing because i could use that money to further my education as a lawyer, but the problem is that i would have wasted two years of potential law education to make money. She says if something horrible were to happen, x-ray technicians would be in high demand and would be a inevitable necessity because people care more abou
