Ok i have to have a list of research topics that interest me and have to make it 3 pages long...?
I need some ideas of things i could reasearch that would keep the topic narrow Keep your topic narrow, for example World War II, you would have to cover every battle, every person, etc. That is too broad.. anyone have any ideas? Oh and would poetry or slavery be a good reasearch topic?

Do you think driver's education should be offered through public high schools again? The tuition to take a driver's ed class can range anywhere from $300-$500. Driving is an unavoidable and essential attribute for success in the world we live in today, so what's your take on the topic at hand? I for one am a firm believer in affordable education, so my answer is yes.

You know, like the quote "Knowledge is Power". I'm writing a paper on that quote and I need some examples from history or literature to support it. I am having a hard time finding anything, so any info would be appreciated.
Thanks!

I know that going across the United States is trans-continental. Would it be the same for going across the American-Canadian border, or is "trans-continental" reseved for going from the east to the west and vice-versa? Is there even a word for it?

As a followup to my last questions, if I applied to Wellesley College in Massachusetts next year, what would be my chance of getting in? I'm technically an art student, but I love history and I'm interested in sociology. I'm just worried about not having enough AP's (being smart enough) and that I don't have very many extra curriculars. Would adding a few in junior year, as I'm doing, help at all?
