The Association of Theological Schools is the group to which all legitimate, fully accredited theological schools belong. You will note that theological education is generally directed toward people who have already completed their undergraduate degrees. I assume you already hold a bachelor's degree.
You can indeed study TOWARD your Master of Divinity degree online, but NO reputable theological school currently enables their students to complete their degree exclusively online.
The web page below (a page in the ATS website) lists the theological schools that offer some online courses.
