I currently live in the usa. I have dual citizenship with Britain. I was wondering though, if anyone knew...what jobs or careers that are in high demand in Britain?

We have a lack of teachers and nursing if you are qualified or interested. You can teach unqualified whilst you are qualifying - on a slightly lower pay scale.
