I had been speaking English previously within my friend circle only but for the past few years, due to the change in my environment,I have lost the confidence along with the knowledge to speak English.So, tell me the ways to improve & to speak it in my daily lfe now?Please don't tell me the names of courses or institutions.

they didn't order enough books for my class so they had us purchase the book before they ordered it. A co-worker of my mothers had the book and they got a code for me to use(its a computer class) for online. Now they won't let me have the $150+ back. No more affirmative action in Cali brings us to this interesting combination. Time to bring back affimative action? How much asian is too much asian? Is the Golden State's college system turning into Shanghai east? Is 51% Asian and 3% black the diversity berkeley is looking for? I thought they were a progessive,
formerly radical 60s school. Why should non-asian parents
support with their tax dollars a school that is majority asian, where
their kids don't have a chance of getting admitted? The asian
kids study to the exclusion of extracurricular activities in our cali
high schools. While the anglos/blacks/hispanics are playing football/baseball/basketball, they are studying. While the anglos/blacks/hispanics are dating and enjoying their teen-age years, they are studing. Now, the asian kids have kicked the Bell
Curve so high that a kid has to live in the library to have any hope of getting into a prestigious public school.......I'm sorry, but something is wrong here......

Our teacher told us to practice Maths from our school textbook, but i referred from 4 books(including the school one). We got 25 questions in our exam and had just 3 questions from the textbook. Neither they were from the other 4 books, they r not of our level. I think of slapping her with my boots. Pleeaassee suggest any other solution. (She wont recognise her own mistakes)

I'm thinking about going to law school next year. Can you tell me about your experiences as a law student, what was your area of expertise, what you liked and what you didn't like?

Is there something I can do to prepare for law school, besides take the LSAT and read avidly? Are there things you wish you would have known or done before going into law school?

I'm interested in Yale. If there any comments particular to that school that would be an awesome addition.

A test where an instructor lets you use the book to find answers. Wee lucky me! All semester this instructor uses all her tests as open-book.
