Say you can afford a tuition of $12,000 a year. Say your child is doing fine in public school, but maybe not working to their full potential. Why would you choose to send your child to a private, non-religious school, rather than have them finish up in public school? Say the school in question is a small HS school - 250 students total. What advantages and disadvantages do you see?

This is purely based on newtons third law :-Everyday,a man used to exploit his horse my overburdening it with
workload.so,the hosrse tries to escape from him.one day, while the man is loading the goods on the cart, the horse
reads newtons third law of motion on a wall.when asks the horse to move,it refuses saying that every action has an
equal and opposite reaction,so if it tries to move, the cart will pull it back, according to the 3rd law.The man is
perplexed. At that time, there is a Physics professor who is passing by that road. The man tells him the problem. Then
the professor says something to the horse and it agrees to move. What did the professor explain to the horse(some
physics matter) to make it agree to move?this question is not silly and has a logical approach. The answer is based
on the 3rd law.

The above statement, I believe, is an excerpt from a poem but the thing is I don't know the title and the rest of it. I also don't know who wrote it. Can anybody tell me? And oh, I got this one too -> "Dance as though no one can see you, sing as though no one can hear you, love as though you have never been hurt before. Live as though heaven is on earth.", is this part of the poem? Thank you all.

I hope you share my pride in what we have accomplished in a fairly short time. vs I hope you share my pride in what we have accomplished in a fairly short period of time.

Can both of these sentences work the way they are written? I know the second one is tighter, but I am being told I am wrong that the 1st sentence can not be used that way and be correct.

What books have been absolute hits with male and female middle school students? I want to teach my 7th graders books that a majority of kids in class will REALLY get into. I thought I'd hit on such a book last year with "Stargirl," but half the kids hated it. Go figure. Also, please do not recommend any books that are have vulgar language or themes that are too adult. Thanks.
