How do you encourage participation in clubs/teams that will benefit them in high school and college at this stage. I am encouraging participation with the goal of working toward scholarship and leadership roles.

I am a legally blind 46 year old adult going to college to learn a career and be self supporting while doing something I enjoy, but am having a hard time living on a very fixed income. have high gpa and bad credit. tried loans with no success and scholarships do not come through. My husband is also in college as artritus made a career change necessary. Badly need finantual help as we fall through the cracks in the system for any government help. Ideas?

I was the only person at my High School (at that time) to ever go through 3 years of High School without stepping foot EVER into the Gymnasium or having to actually take PE as a requirement.

I wasn't "challenged" in any way, I simply BSed my way out of the PE requirement, and skipped school everytime there was an assembly in the Gym.

I was interviewed for a position in grade k back in May. She told me that they was going to contact me. Later in the month I called back and she told me that she will call after June 1. It is now June 13 and I still havent heard nothing. Do you think that I should call again. I dont want to feel as though I am pressuring her to hire me. What to do?
