I'm forever seeing the sign "home cooked food" outside pubs. Does this mean the cheeky sods not only expect me to pay £4.50 for egg and chips. But are gonna nip round to my house use my gas and electric and my egg and chips as well???
How do they know where I live anyway?
And how are they gonna get in?

I spilled soooooooooooooo many drinks yesterday at my new job as a waiter!! Even broke a cup!! I need help on how to set the tray down without tipping the drinks over. The only way I can figure out is squating all the way down to the floor so that I don't have to lift the tray off my shoulder to set it down, and that looks REALLY NOOBY. Please HELP

I work at good ol' friendly's. So i wasnt the best waiter....i was in a pissy mood...So after the people i was serving left...They left no tip! I mean wtf??! belive it or not, We need those tips bad. a tip is like our whole paycheck. You dont know what the waiter has been going through that day, and just becuase he isnt the best doesnt mean you shouldnt give him a tip. How would you feel if you were in his postion? Its better to leave tips. If you leave a tip, and you get the same waiter, he will be nicer to you becuase you left him a tip even though he was acting like a jerk before...So in the long run..Its better to leave tips...SO WHY DONT YOU DO IT??!?

A month ago while traveling, I ate at a restaurant in Frederick, MD and I cannot remember the name! It was a sports bar type restaurant and there were speakers at each table. You can change the channel of the speaker to the TV you want to watch. It is in a shopping center, but separate from the main buildings. There is a big bar in the middle, and they have great shrimp alfredo.
Does anyone know the name of this place???
